Our beautiful grass-fed pedigree shorthorn beef. All our cattle are born and grazed at Great Kellow Farm, high up on the hills above Polperro. This means we can offer full traceability. 

Shorthorn beef is renowned for its creamy, mellow taste and generous marbling making it perfect for your Sunday roast or that special steak night! 

Our native breed cattle are grass fed and the carcass matured for 28 days to maximise flavour.

Your meat will be delivered frozen, insulated using ecofriendly packaging and icepacks. We freeze our meat on the day of butchery to lock in freshness. It is ready for you to pop straight into your freezer.
